I emailed Valiant about my ecofan, which I inherited with my boat and which will be at least 5 years old, but probably more like 10+. I got a response which explained which parts I should buy, and when they came they had comprehensive fitting instructions. I was able to swap the old parts out, and now it works good as new! Great customer service, proper long-term products, and minimising waste. I hate throwaway culture so I'm so glad I didn't have to buy a whole new fan. Thanks again.
