Valiant (referred to as “Us, we or our”) guarantee is non-transferable and covers only the original purchaser. An original sales receipt from the authorised retailer is required for guarantee service.
12 months from date of original purchase date, unless otherwise stated on product, packaging, instructions or our order/invoice.
We guarantee that the product will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal designed use. We will repair, or if discontinued replace with same or nearest equivalent product.
In the first instance please contact the supplier where you purchased the product from; if they are unable to assist, please contact us directly preferably by email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone. We will agree the way forward and issue an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorisation)
Once we receive your returned product we will evaluate your claim within 10 workings days to determine whether the returned product conforms to this limited guarantee.
When returning your defective product to us, please include the product, your original receipt and a covering letter with your name, address, email and product details, plus information about where and when you bought the product and the nature of the fault.
Products returned without a proof of purchase (the original receipt) will be subject to an administration charge of £7.50 to cover postage, an evaluation fee and VAT.

If we determine that there is no fault found with your returned product or the returned product is not eligible for warranty service, the product will be shipped back to you at your expense.
If we determine that there is a qualifying defect in the product, we will remedy the defect under the original guarantee. We aim to remedy/replace items within 10 working days of the original assessment. We are not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit to us. We recommend that you ship your returned product by a trackable shipping method.
All products returned to us will be subject to review for authenticity. Products that are found to be counterfeit will be confiscated and issued to our legal department for action. Counterfeit products will not be returned and consumers should seek compensation from their original place of purchase.
