NON-DEFECTIVE RETURN POLICY

Note: this returns service is only available for purchases from the simplyvaliant.co.uk website.

Valiant aims to provide a returns service that is totally hassle-free for you.

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from date of delivery for full refund, less any applicable delivery charges. It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine condition in their original box packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return.

Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than perfectly saleable, may be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account.

HOW TO RETURN ORDERS

Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 14 days from the date of receipt, preferably by email or telephone. We will provide an RMA number (return merchandise authorisation).

If you do not return goods within 14 days after you have received the RMA number, your right to cancel will be invalidated.

When returning your order to us, goods must be packaged appropriately for their safe return, any damage to the product and or packaging will be assessed prior to any refund. The safe return of the goods is the responsibility of the sender. If the goods are received by us in an unsaleable condition we reserve the right to make a partial refund.

Please include the product, in original packaging, your original receipt and a covering letter with the RMA number, your name, address, email and phone details, the reason for returning the product and if you require a refund or an exchange.

For both UK and International customers you make your own arrangements through any postal carrier. We recommend using a posting method that provides proof of delivery and can compensate for lost or damaged goods for higher value items.

It can take up to 7 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. However once we receive them, we aim to inspect and process the goods and refund within 7 days.

TRACKING PROGRESS

We will send you an email confirming the action we have taken, as soon as we are confident the goods are in their original condition. Again, we recommend that you send your parcel by traceable method, such as recorded delivery where you will be able to trace delivery.

REFUNDS

Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. Please note that it may take 2-3 days working days for the refunds to show in your account from the date that the refund has been confirmed.

FAULTY GOODS

Your purchase is covered by a limited warranty. If you return a product that is faulty, we will offer you a full refund or replacement upon confirmation of the fault. See our Guarantee page for more information.
