Quality Products
Whether it be Companion Sets, Stove Fans or Log Baskets, all of our products go through rigorous quality testing. With every production run, our own staff undertake several stages of quality testing, checking materials, build and operational quality. Batches are 100% tested before they leave our factory and sample tested when they reach our warehouse, to ensure no damage has been caused in transit. Buying quality means you only buy once. Having to switch supplier and deal with customer aftercare is time consuming, and we are sure you’d like to focus on other areas of your business. Your reputation is our reputation, if we provide good quality products, you will gain good publicity amongst customers. We are so sure of our quality, we give our trade customers a warranty on most of our products, meaning if something goes wrong for your customers, we will fix it for them (as long as proof of purchase is provided).

In 2018 we are vowing to crackdown on rogue manufacturers who imitate our designs, they cheapen our brand and threaten to undermine our reputation for quality.
We design all our Stove Fans in house, which means we can engineer fans the way we want them. When it comes to designing new models, we always look to improve efficiency and take on board customer feedback. This allows us to make any necessary improvements to the products design and functionality. Supporting you to sell
We help you by supporting with marketing efforts, creating greater awareness around the Valiant brand. We have sweeps that let their clients know about our products, directing them to our website or their local stove shop. We are continuing to advertising in a number of consumer magazines again this year, as well as attending trade and consumer events. We are also in the process of taking the next big step to TV advertising, in a push to get the Valiant brand out to consumers that are not reached through our traditional marketing channels. By allowing consumers to become familiar with Valiant and see it as a ‘household brand’; they are more likely to choose Valiant when they see our products on the shelves in your shop. Whenever consumers give us a call with queries about any of our products, we encourage them to visit their local stove shop to pick up and feel the quality for themselves.
During our 10th year in the industry, Valiant continues to undergo a rebrand. Moving away from the traditional black and red that we have come to be known for, we are appealing to a more diverse consumer, allowing our product to be visualised in a broader range of home environments. The packaging redesign will continue the theme from our already very successful new website, which has received wonderful feedback from trade and consumers alike, for its look, navigation and ease of purchasing.
