It is not very often that a company really excels in its Customer Service. Valiant is one of those few exceptions, where the Customer Service that I have received has been second to none. I live onboard a narrowboat and use my stove a lot over the winter. The Valiant fan I purchased a few years ago finally gave up the ghost having been dropped once too many times. I saw your advert online for a full service and returned my poor bashed fan to you Monday. Just five days later the fan was returned, virtually as new, with a new motor, blades and base fitted. Thank you very much for the excellent and prompt service!

Had my Stove Thermometer just over a year and it started giving incorrect readings, Valiant customer services came to the rescue. I'm very impressed by Valiant aftersales care, even when strictly out of warranty.
