It is not very often that a company really excels in its Customer Service. Valiant is one of those few exceptions, where the Customer Service that I have received has been second to none. I live onboard a narrowboat and use my stove a lot over the winter. The Valiant fan I purchased a few years ago finally gave up the ghost having been dropped once too many times. I saw your advert online for a full service and returned my poor bashed fan to you Monday. Just five days later the fan was returned, virtually as new, with a new motor, blades and base fitted. Just a word of thanks to you all at Valiant for all your help. I sent a faulty stove fan to yourselves under warranty and received a new refurbished unit in the post along with some Valiant merchandise goodies. I really can't praise your customer service enough and will definitely recommend your company to anyone I hear of looking for stove accessories in the future.
