Simon Taylor Excellent VAC for the price. If there are small chunks of charcoal in the dust it will get jammed requiring manual clearing of the nozzle. The filter gets clogged quite quickly but overall I find it a really handy tool. I like how the hose is stored inside the vac and the nozzle / power plug can be neatly secured to the vac. Recommended.

Brian Wade Great compact ash vacuum at a good price! the motor does get quite hot after a few minutes of use and needs to be cleaned after each use. But overall, a decent purchase.

Anonymous Product is as expected and appears to perform well. What I was really impressed by was the customer service, when there was an issue with delivery (that was actually resolved by the carrier in the end), I was immediately offered a replacement dispatched immediately. Great customer service.
