Much like our traditional stove top fans, the Flue Pipe Fan needs to be positioned away from the hottest part of the stove.
The flue pipe gets hottest at the base; where it enters the body of the stove. The further away the flue pipe gets from the stove, the cooler it will become. Positioning your Flue Pipe Fan is a case of finding the part of the pipe that is neither too hot nor too cold.
This tends to be around 200-500mm above the stovetop.
Ensure that the blades have enough clearance from the stove top to avoid becoming damaged when in rotation.
