Our Festive Fireside Giveaway 2017

There are few things more festive than sitting by a warm stove in winter! To celebrate our favourite season we’re giving away a Valiant log basket packed with Christmas goodies. Here’s everything you need to know in order to win.

All you have to do to be in with a chance of winning is comment on this Facebook post with a picture of your 'Festive Fireside', then share our post with your friends!

You can also enter by Tweeting or Instagramming your photo using the hashtag #ValiantFestiveFireside (multiple entries will not be counted).

Terms and Conditions

The following are the terms and conditions of the Valiant Summer Giveaway Competition that will run from 4^th December – 18^th December 2017.

The promoter is: Valiant Stoves Ltd. (company no. 07348573) whose registered office is at Solution House, Sandon Road, Therfield, Hertfordshire, SG8 9RE.

The competition is open to UK entrants aged 18 years or over and will run from 4th December – 18th December 2017. The competition is not open to employees of Valiant Stoves ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Only one entry will be accepted per person.

The giveaway will run from 4th December – 18th December 2017. Entries outside of these entry windows will not be accepted.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

The prize is a Valiant basket hamper of Christmas food and drink. The winner must be over 18 to receive it.

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

The winner will be chosen at random by a Valiant staff panel from all entries received.

The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Facebook/Twitter and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner.

The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by [English] law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [England].

The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
